Description

The BRITA PURITY C filter was developed specifically for the foodservice industry including coffee and vending machines. BRITA PURITY C filter cartridges reduce the carbonate hardness of the water and thus avoid limescale deposits on the connected device.
In addition, it reduces impurities from materials that adversely affect the taste of water as well as residues of chlorine in the filtered water.
The BRITA PURITY C filter cartridge can be used in coffee and espresso machines as well as vending machines for both hot and cold beverages.

Reliably reduces limescale in a wide variety of commercial devices. Reduces machine downtime.

Filtration

The tried and tested BRITA filter technology decarbonizes the water in four steps:

1 Pre-filtration
A pre-filter holds back coarse particles.

2 Reduction of carbonate hardness
The filter medium reduces the carbonate hardness and thus the formation of limescale.

3 Activated carbon filtration
All the water – including bypass water – runs through an activated carbon filter in order to reduce substances that interfere with taste and aroma.

4 Fine filtration
Finally, a fleece holds back any remaining fine particles.

IntelliBypass technology
The unique IntelliBypass technology stands for a constant proportion of blended water that is independent of the volume flow. This ensures consistently high water quality, even with low water throughput.
