Your brand · A new point of connection

Branded vending machines. Make your next move visible.

Branded vending machines bring your products and identity into the same physical experience. We help brands in Ireland explore product launches, workplace placements and retail campaigns. From equipment fit to graphics and ongoing operations, we turn the brief into a practical plan.

More than a graphic wrap

A brand experience people can use.

Your machine needs to look right and work well. Therefore, we begin with the product, the audience and the intended setting. A considered project connects the visual identity with a suitable dispensing format and a clear plan for keeping it stocked.

01

Launch a product

Give customers a direct way to discover an agreed product range. For example, a launch can pair strong graphics with a focused selection and clear instructions.

02

Add a retail touchpoint

Explore suitable workplaces, venues or retail settings. We review access, customer use and permissions before recommending a location or equipment format.

03

Build a measurable pilot

Agree the purpose of the trial and the information available. Then use sales, stock performance and site feedback to decide what should happen next.

The details behind the design

Product first. Brand throughout.

We check how your product fits the shelves and dispensing system. Packaging, temperature requirements and refill access guide the recommendation. After that, we develop the graphic scope around the machine’s usable surfaces.

  • Review product samples and the proposed pack format.
  • Plan a clear selection layout and suitable payment options.
  • Check artwork dimensions, colour references and approval stages.
  • Keep payment controls, ventilation and service access clear.
  • Agree production, installation and removal requirements.

Campaign features such as sampling or custom interaction need a separate technical review. We confirm the scope before including them in your proposal.

From first brief to live placement

A clear route to launch.

Define

First, share the audience, products, location and timing. We agree the purpose of the project and the practical constraints.

Prove

Next, review product compatibility and the machine format. Approve the graphic proof and the operating plan before production.

Launch

Arrange delivery, positioning and commissioning. Also, confirm who handles site access, stock and customer support.

Review

After launch, review the agreed information and feedback. Then decide whether to adjust the range, extend the placement or conclude the campaign.

Choose the operating model

Your project. Clear responsibilities.

Branded vending machines can follow different ownership routes. We set out the commercial arrangement before work begins, including stock, graphics and the costs of running the placement. The options below describe the models offered through our brand-development service.

A branded presence in an everyday setting.

Brand-owned equipment

Your brand owns the machine and funds the agreed graphics, logistics, insurance and technical service. Equipment may come from us or another source, subject to an operating review.

Meanwhile, an agreed operator arrangement can cover location sourcing, stocking, machine care and the product layout. Stock purchasing and any site rebate are defined in the agreement.

Operator-owned equipment

The operator retains ownership. Your brand may contribute capital or an agreed stock contribution, and funds the graphics and customisation.

The agreed operator scope can include insurance, logistics, technical service, location, stocking and site arrangements. Procurement, product layout and any wider fleet placement are agreed individually.

These are discussion routes, not fixed-price offers. Each proposal confirms ownership, contributions, duration, approvals, operating responsibilities and exit arrangements.

Useful answers

branded vending machines: your questions.

Can you put our branding on a machine?

Yes. We can discuss custom graphics for a suitable machine. First, we review the model and artwork, then agree the design proof and production scope before work starts.

Can every product be sold through vending?

No. Pack size, weight, shape, storage needs and the dispensing system all matter. We review samples and test the proposed format before confirming suitability.

Can we own the equipment?

Yes. A brand-owned model is one of the options. Your proposal separates the equipment, graphics, logistics and ongoing operating costs so that responsibilities are clear.

Can you operate the machine for us?

We can discuss an operating arrangement for an agreed location and range. Stock sourcing, replenishment, maintenance, site terms and reporting must be set out in the agreement.

Do you guarantee a location or sales volume?

No. Location availability, permissions and customer demand vary. We agree realistic objectives and a review plan rather than promise a fixed level of sales.

What should we include in our brief?

Send the product details, pack dimensions, target audience, preferred location, timing and budget range. Also, tell us whether you want a short campaign or a longer-term retail placement.
