Montenegro
Omar brings broad experience across marketing, sales, finance, strategy, technology, operations and management. His background combines technical training with a wide view of how a business works.
He trained as an industrial engineer and also holds a master’s degree in Integral Management. As a result, his experience spans both technical and commercial disciplines.

Alf Smiddy
Alf is a chartered accountant with experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cork and Dublin. In addition, he has worked at senior levels in the Irish and international beverage and hospitality sectors.
His sector experience spans more than 25 years. This background brings a valuable financial and commercial perspective to the leadership team.
