Powerbar Iso Fuel 30 Isotonic Sport Drink contains 30g of carbohydrates with a ratio of 1:0.8 between glucose and fructose sources , for an optimal energy supply during sports performance.
According to current scientific knowledge, the 1:0.8 carbohydrate formula helps to increase carbohydrate oxidation and improve intestinal tolerance (O’Brien & Rowlands DS, 2011 and O’Brien et al. 2013). Designed for use before and during sports activity.
