Software Information:

1. HTML 5 APP workable in any phone web browsers i.e. Safari, Chrome
– No download is required
– Client’s Company Logo & Details displayed on APP
– Accepts all major credit cards, debit cards via Stripe (www.stripe.com)
– Fast Track to Rent (without registeration)
– Users could register and Login with Mobile #/ Email Address / Facebook ID / Google ID
2. Server Software and Database are located in the USA (California)
– No server rental and setup fee is required
– Client could login Merchant Page to review real time usages and transaction records i.e. How many are out, for how long; How many have gone lost etc.
– Users’ registered info (Name, Mobile No. or Email) will be shared to Client for future marketing uses.
3. Payment could be setup to any Currencies i.e. Germany = EUR, USA = USD, Canada = CAD, Hong Kong = HKD
3. Charges:
– Stripe Payment Fee: (2.9% + $0.30 per successful card charge)
– Software Fee: $0.40 per rental
4. Monthly Statement will be provided by the Local Operator to Client
5. Net Profit = Rental Receipts – Stripe Fee – Software Fee – Tax (if any)
6. Net Proft will be transfered back to the Client within 15 days after monthly statement

Simple Operation Workflow

Fast-Track to Rent (3 steps)
– User scan QR Code on the station, HTML 5 webpage open on phone browser
– Select Fast-Track to Rent
– Fill-in Credit Card details (Credit Card #, Exp Date, CVV) & Email address for Invoice
– A Payment Intend is made (US$30, Not being credited yet), Power Bank Pop Out
– Fee: US$ 5 / hour, charge will be made upon returning the Power Bank (1st hr $5, > 6hrs US$30)
** Rental Hourly Rate i.e. US$5 / hour is setup by Client, Maximum Rate is Fixed at 30 (USD/EUR/GBP/CAD)
** ONLY one transaction been made thus only one service fee is charged
