Planning a Vending Machine Wrap? Keep Service Access Clear
A vending machine wrap needs an equipment review before it goes to print. A design that looks good on a flat drawing can cover a label, cross an opening or make a control harder to find when fitted. Bring the operator and installer into the artwork check early.

Start with the exact cabinet
Confirm the model, configuration and installed accessories. Ask for an appropriate artwork template or have the installer verify dimensions under the supplier’s instructions. Do not scale a design from a photograph of a similar machine.
Manufacturer information can distinguish standard features from options; for example, SandenVendo’s G-Snack Evolution specification lists optional equipment and customisation. That is not approval for a particular wrap or material. Obtain confirmation for the actual installation.
Mark areas that must remain usable
Have the operator identify ventilation openings, moving panels, locks, hinges, collection areas, payment controls and service access. Include identification plates and safety information in the review. Keep required information readable.
Ask the equipment supplier to approve the material and installation method where needed. Do not bridge openings, obscure controls or remove labels to make the artwork fit. Resolve clashes in the design rather than improvising during installation.
Check the customer-facing information
Use a proof that shows the machine at a realistic viewing size. Can a customer find the selection instructions, collection opening and official support contact? Check that promotional wording does not contradict the current products or payment methods.
Avoid placing important instructions where an open door or a standing customer will hide them. If the design includes a QR code, verify its intended destination and retain another clear way to contact the operator.
Sign off installation and future removal
Agree who approves the final proof and who checks the installed result. Photograph the completed cabinet for the service record, then verify that all normal customer and operator actions remain possible.
Ask how the wrap will be cleaned, replaced or removed without damaging finishes or labels. Keep a copy of the approved artwork and material details so a later repair does not rely on guesswork.
