A Vending Customer Needs a Receipt Sent Again: Correct the Destination Without Repeating the Sale
If a vending receipt did not reach the intended email address, ask for help with the existing purchase rather than making another payment. A missing receipt and a failed sale are different questions. First establish whether the purchase completed, then use the operator’s verified support route to ask what receipt options are available for that system.

Keep the site, machine location, approximate time, amount and available transaction reference together. Explain whether you entered an address, used a receipt link or expected an automatic message. Do not assume every vending payment system offers email receipts or that a site host can resend one directly from the machine.
Check the destination carefully
Review the address you intended to use and check the relevant inbox and unwanted-mail folder. If a receipt link was provided, use the original legitimate link rather than searching for an unrelated receipt service. Avoid entering payment details into a new website simply because it claims to recover vending receipts.
If you suspect an address was entered incorrectly, tell support clearly and provide the correct destination through the established process. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or unrelated bank statements. The general vending service contact can help identify the business, but the machine’s own operator details are the best starting point for matching a particular transaction.
Keep the request about one sale
Say that you need a copy or confirmation relating to the original purchase. Include an existing case reference if you have already contacted support. A second message that looks like a new refund request may create confusion, particularly when someone else at the site is also trying to help you obtain the document.
For example, a useful request explains that a purchase completed at a named machine at approximately a stated time, but the receipt was not received at the intended address. That is more actionable than “the payment did not work” when the product was actually delivered. Describe any uncertainty separately so support can investigate the correct issue.
Respect the verification process
The operator may need to verify that the request relates to your purchase before sending transaction information to a different address. Follow the stated process and provide only the information requested through the verified channel. A site colleague should not ask for somebody else’s receipt to be sent to their own inbox merely for convenience.
If the available system cannot resend a receipt, ask what alternative purchase confirmation can be supplied and whether it meets your purpose. For workplace expenses, check your employer’s requirements with the responsible administrator. Do not assume that a screenshot, bank entry and formal receipt are interchangeable documents for every internal or accounting process.
Confirm the outcome without buying again
When a document arrives, check the date, amount and purchase details before filing it. Tell support if it appears to relate to a different transaction. Keep the existing reference in the reply so the correction stays connected to the original request, and avoid circulating somebody else’s transaction information more widely than necessary.
Once the issue is resolved, update any saved contact detail that caused the problem if the relevant system allows it through its normal settings. The practical aim is a clear record of the sale already made. Repeating the purchase or repeatedly tapping a payment device will not correct the destination of an earlier receipt.
